In
order to pinpoint areas in your life and business which may benefit from
coaching, we have an evaluation that you may use.
What kinds of
people need coaches?
People who are longing to lead a meaningful life but are thwarted by
worry, fear, and doubt. People who are exhausted
and successful but are not finding fulfillment or enjoyment from
successes.
What does a coach
do?
A coach supports you in focusing on what really matters: how to live a
life that is well lived in the deepest sense. Coaching supports people
to get back on track to achieve our most cherished goals.
What’s the
difference between a coach and therapist?
A coach is not a therapist. In therapy you resolve self-limiting
behaviors that hinder you. In coaching we focus on who we are in our
hearts to make the contribution we are here to make. Coaching
accelerates the process of attaining our goals and dreams thereby saving
money and time. Coaching and therapy often team up to empower the
client to produce action consistent with our purpose, goals, and core
values.
What makes a
coach qualified to coach?
Coaches like any professional need rigorous training. There are
fundamental principles and practices that govern what coaches do. Look
for coaches who are certified through accredited coaching schools. You
can find certified coaches who have undergone strenuous training
followed by continued education through the International Coach
Federation.
