The coaching process opened my eyes to the importance of being clear about our own personal vision. I believe that we all know, deep down, our true purpose in life. This purpose can become disrupted by the missteps we all experience. The role of a coach is to help untangle the bundle and free the individual to discover the life intentions that give meaning and purpose to life.
I wanted the best possible training in order to facilitate others by being a coach. I chose Maria Nemeth PhD, MCC, as an on-going coach who is a Master Coach (MCC) and Founder of the Academy for Coaching Excellence. My training as a coach was completed in May 2007 from the Academy for Coaching Excellence (an accredited coaching school). I am an Associate Accredited Coach (AAC).
In addition, I have an Investment Management Consultant Certification and a Master’s of
Science in Marriage Family Therapy. I am a current member of the International Coach
Federation and a member of the Sacramento Coaches Association. I enjoy ultra-light long distance backpacking.A coach can help you create your life, find your purpose, and define and realize goals. I look forward to talking with you about how you can live the life you were meant to live!
